We’re excited to announce that beginning on the weekend of June 15, the Altered TCG Roadshow returns for the Summer! This edition of the Roadshow will be even bigger than the first, with Preview Events coming to over 300 stores in five different countries, including two countries getting Roadshow events for the first time.

After Altered was unveiled to the world at GenCon 2023, fans everywhere wanted to know when they’d be able to adventure through the Tumult themselves. Due to this incredible demand, we launched our Roadshow Preview Events in November 2023 and brought Altered directly into 200 local game stores across France, the UK, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, the US and Canada. As these events wound down with the end of the Kickstarter campaign in February, we kept hearing the same thing over and over again- we want more Roadshow events!

We’ve heard you loud and clear, and the team behind the scenes has been hard at work to bring the Roadshow back even better than before. This second act will have events in Canada, Germany, the United States, and brand new to the Roadshow, Italy and Spain! In total, we’ll partner with over 300 retailers around the world to bring you the world of Altered from June 14 through September 1.

The Roadshow is a series of Preview Events at your local game store. No need to bring any materials or even any knowledge of how to play- just set aside an hour of your time, learn to play Altered, and walk away with an exclusive full-art Hero card for your effort!

Starting in the beginning of June, you can check out our Events link right at the top of the Altered homepage, navigate to your country, and see every event currently scheduled. This will be great practice too; this will be the same tool you use to find events at your LGS as we approach launch on September 13. Contact the host store and let them know you’d like to attend. Space is limited, so make sure to claim your spot!

If you’re a game store in Canada, Germany, the US, Italy or Spain and would like to schedule a preview event or just want to see more of Altered at launch, contact your Asmodee representative. We don’t have many more spots in each country to add events, but we do want to try to serve our most excited communities!

You might notice that the UK, the Netherlands and France do not have dates listed for the Roadshow this time. It’s because they had a significant presence in the winter portion of the Roadshow, so we’re going to be focusing our efforts and means on other countries that didn’t have as many events or no events at all the first time. For those of you wanting to discover Altered in one of these countries, you can:

• Check stores that ran Roadshows earlier this year- they still have their preview materials!
• Use our Print and Play to print out our official demo decks at home
• Try Altered on Board Game Arena

We can’t wait to get back into stores as we get closer and closer to the global launch of Altered on September 13.
