In just a few weeks in Indianapolis, Indiana on August 1-4, Altered will be present at Gen Con 2024 in a big way!

There are several great ways for you to experience Altered at Gen Con this year. Visit our booth (#1109) in the Exhibition Hall to demo Altered and earn a brand new promo Hero card.

If you already know how to play and want to have a more in depth Altered experience, head over to the Organized Play Hall and check out the first ever Altered events!

We still have a few slots available for our faction tournament events!

Players in this event will divide into teams of 6 and receive a Starter Deck matching their faction. Each round your faction will compete 1 on 1 with a member of another faction, with the winner scoring a point for their faction. After five rounds, the faction with the most points wins, with top finishing factions each earning booster packs! Each participant is rewarded with an exclusive promotional Hero card at the end of the session!!

Gen Con will also allow a few lucky players the chance to try Altered TCG's draft format! Each player will receive 4 packs of the Core Set Beyond the Gates and will draft in a pod of 8.

Players will build 30-card decks out of their draft pools, with the ability to play up to three factions in the same deck!

And if you want to experience Altered at Gen Con without tying yourself down to an event, our Community Manager Lokinox has arranged for a scavenger hunt to claim one a handful of very exclusive playmats, only available this year at Gen Con! Details are a secret right now, so we hope some of you can figure out how to score this amazing mat!

Speaking of the Altered team, several Equinox staff will be at Gen Con to answer all your questions about Altered–we're just as excited as you are for the game to be nearing release! We'll be present at the Exhibitor Hall booth and Organized Play Hall play tables all weekend.
