Auraq & Kibble

Question : Do the abilities of the card played by Auraq activate?

Réponse : Cards played from the top of the deck activate their abilities (not the abilities from Hand nor Reserve).

Question : If an effect, such as Robin Hood, increases the cost of my cards, do I need to pay mana when I play them via Auraq & Kibble's effect?

Réponse : A free card remains free!
Playing a card for free means bypassing its cost entirely, which is different from reducing it to zero.

Question : Can the "At Noon —" effects of a card played via Auraq & Kibble activate the same Noon it is played?

Réponse : No. At the beginning of the Noon phase, all the "At Noon —" effects are triggered simultaneously. Then, starting with the first player, each player resolve them in the order of their choice. If a card is played via Auraq & Kibble effect, it is too late for its "At Noon —" effects to be triggered.
