Question : How does the Foundry, Axiom Bastion interacts with the Council?

Answer : In general, if an effect tells you to do something and another tells you that you cannot, the negative effect wins. The Foundry has no effect on Characters played in front of the Council.

Question : Did the wording of this card change?

Answer : The first printing of The Foundry, Axiom Bastion said " : Activate the triggers of the next Character you play from your hand this turn." future printings will say: " : The next Character you play from your hand this turn activates its abilities (as if it had been played from Reserve)."

Question : If I have several copies of "the Foundry", can I activate the effect of a Character multiple times?

Answer : No (But you can activate the effects of different Characters on different turns).
